【Sub-title】

New development of Public facility management -Cross-sectional business plan and new PPP methodology-

【Course Purpose and Description】

1. Considering new development in public facility management amid various changes.The purpose is to cultivate the ability to analyze and clarify issues / problems about public facilities, and to propose solutions from a PPP perspective.
2. As a way of proceeding with seminars, the first step is to rotate papers, including the lecturer, to bring papers and reports that match the awareness of each issue, and to carry out constructive discussions toward the realization of projects and policies. After that, the theme of the joint project is set, and the study work that leads to concrete proposals is performed.
3. As an extension of such seminar management, we will provide advice and guidance on the subject research that students will work on.

【Learning Objectives】

Clarify the necessity and effectiveness of PPP according to each case, and cultivate basic ability to make proposals. In particular, I hope that they will hone each other's flexible ideas and the ability to realize them in the future development of PPP.
Positive attitude is required, such as participating in discussions and proposing discussion topics.

【Instructional Methods】

Provide guidance and discussions based on the students' awareness of the problems at that time and reports and presentations on the subject research they are working on, aiming to improve mutual research results and abilities.
Lecturers cover the following fields: financial practice, corporate / public accounting, regional finance, regional development, urban development, PPP / PFI (mainly practical), local finance, public facilities management (hard and soft), etc. Respond to raw needs.

【Self-study before/after classes】

We strive to clarify our own awareness of problems, and during discussions, look for questions and issues obtained from each practice and activity, prepare simple memorandums for discussion and review work in advance, and conduct seminars. Hope to contribute.

Consider the impacts and effects on each practice and activity obtained from the lecture results.
The time is assumed to be about 30 to 60 minutes each. It is recommended that adult graduate students use their actual work and time spent in their studies.

【Methods of Evaluation and Grading Criteria】

Evaluation will be based on the content of discussions and reports and the contribution of seminar management. Each is evaluated at 50 points, A is 80 points or more, B is 70 to 79 points, and C is 60 to 69 points. Very good person in A may be evaluated as S. A score of less than 59 is rejected.
