【Sub-title】

The Forefront of PPP Projects ― Its Human Role and the Emergence of PPP ―

【Course Purpose and Description】

The graduates of this department (In some cases, alumni are accompanied by related persons.) will be invited as lecturers to give lectures on the frontlines of P/PP (civil cooperation) project cases in which the lecturers themselves were actually involved or on the contents of the research.
In the second half of each session, participants deepen their understanding by discussing the project case, the role of the lecturer himself, and issues hidden behind the project.

【Learning Objectives】

You will be exposed to actual projects and their issues, and through discussions, you will understand the essence of projects that cannot be learned through case studies alone. At the same time, both instructors and students will improve their skills.
It is also expected to emphasize two-way communication and lead to the creation of new projects and cooperation with real businesses.
In particular, by paying attention to the human roles, the division of roles between the public and private sectors, and the problems and issues in the P/PP business structure (Structure), students themselves will be able to become aware of the skills and mental attitude they will need in the future.
Through the exchange of lecturers and students through lectures, it will be possible to collaborate in research and business activities after completion.

【Notes】

The feature of this course is that the graduates of this course, who are involved in the forefront of PPP, speak directly as guest lecturers.
Through lectures on projects that the lecturer himself has been involved in, including the background, you can learn about the facts and facts that cannot be found only through books and web search. In addition, through questions and dialogues, participants can deepen their knowledge of human roles, key points, and issues within organizations and entities in actual projects.
