【Course Purpose and Description】

The times are now changing dramatically.
With the efforts of our predecessors, Japanese society has been accumulating sufficient assets to respond to the demands of the times and enrich our lives.

However, due to changes in the social structure, there are issues that cannot be solved by conventional planning and development methods that assume growth and expansion.

As one manifestation, a change in direction from a traditional method based on city planning to "town development" to create our own business place has begun.

【Instructional Methods】

・ Provision and confirmation of basic knowledge necessary for systematically understanding individual cases.

・ Introducing the actual town development project, discuss the project and its relationship with city planning, city / regional management, real estate science, and business applications.
・ Use slide visuals to explain as easily as possible and proceed with the lecture. In addition, discussions will be held for each lecture to promote learning.
・ Acquire extensive practical knowledge through omnibus lectures by various guest lecturers.

・ Submission of report after omnibus lecture by guest lecturer and its contents.
・ Submission of answers to confirmation tests that summarize the knowledge and awareness obtained throughout the lecture and the results.
