【Sub-title】

Verification of relocation plans for public facilities, life extension, building evaluation methods, etc. Development of ICT technology to realize public facility management.

【Course Purpose and Description】

1. Many local governments share an awareness of the problem of reducing the total amount of public facilities.
The purpose of this program is to acquire and develop skills related to problem solving such as actual approach methods, management methods, and civil cooperation methods.
2. In the course of the seminar, teachers and seminar students will bring together issues, solution measures, ICT measures, and examples in line with their awareness of the issues, and consider understanding the current situation and new developments in the future.
3. Practicing the presentation of the research of the seminar student (the plan before the paper is also possible) and giving advice and guidance to the research.
4. This paper explains the outline of the thesis and the points of the presentation materials using the original materials of the past excellent papers of the civil cooperation major.
5. Acquire research methods by conducting joint research in seminars.

【Learning Objectives】

They have the ability to acquire knowledge of the necessity and effectiveness of new developments in public facilities and to make proposals.
In addition, if the research content of the seminar students is consistent with the direction of the faculty members' thesis and writing activities, co-authored presentations (including publication) will be considered.

First orientation. Publication of articles, publications, etc. by teachers (mainly about extending the life of public facilities and VFM) Part 1
Announcement of the 2nd Teacher's papers, publications, etc. (mainly VFM for extending the life of public facilities) Part 2
The 3rd evaluation method of public facilities: Practicing by seminar students such as public ROA
The 4th evaluation method of public facilities: Presentation and discussion by seminar students on public ROA, etc.
Fifth evaluation method of public facilities: presentation and consideration by seminar students such as public ROA,management methods,ICT measures, etc(Group A,B)
Explanation of the sixth past excellent papers (using original materials of the interim and final report meetings) Part 1
Explanation of the 7th past excellent papers (using original materials of the interim and final report meetings) Part 2

Seminar students present and discuss issues, solutions, ICT measures, and examples in line with their awareness of problems.

【Instructional Methods】

Provide information from teachers, practice joint research with seminar students, and provide guidance on papers.

【Self-study before/after classes】

 The questions and tasks to be asked about the contents of the next week of the preparatory course are to be found from each practice and activity.
 The effect and effect on each business and activity obtained from the result of the post-learning lecture are considered.
 The time is assumed to be about 30 to 60 minutes in total. It is recommended that adult graduate students take advantage of their actual work and time spent in the field.
