【Sub-title】

Consider the outcome evaluation and consensus building required for PPP.

【Course Purpose and Description】

In PPP, pre-project evaluation has been emphasized. However, in recent years, from the viewpoint of verifying the outcome of the project, it has been recognized that it is necessary to evaluate during and after the project, and to accumulate and share the evidence and data obtained therefrom.
Also, as symbolized by "People-first PPPs (UN)" and "Inclusive Infrastructure(G20)", "Human-Centered Design" and inclusive consensus building are required to approach social issues in which various stakeholders are intricately intertwined.
Therefore, in the first half of the lecture, we will explain in detail the "Program Evaluation", which is a systematic method for outcome evaluation.
Next, from the perspective of human-centered design and inclusive consensus building, we explain design thinking and system thinking.
The second half of the lecture will be conducted in the form of a workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to promote a practical understanding of the techniques introduced in the first half of the lecture.
